When dealing with a copyright problem earlier, {{u|Moonriddengirl}} thought this book was public domain and left the copied/adapted text with a PD attribution template. But this isn't a government publication, and as far as I can tell it is not copied from a US government publication. (I don't think there ever was a US government country study on Norway.) So it's a mess that needs to be cleaned up, which is made more difficult by the fact that the book is not available on Google Books anymore. Maybe need to presumptively delete? The verbiage used throughout the rest of the article makes me believe it, too, is copied, but I am unable to read associated sites such as [https://www.ulheritagecenter.org/ Union League Heritage Center].
