;Reason:Dealing with photographs in sepia of rarely-photographed skintones can be awkward to adjudicate, but I think it's clear that A. George Washington Carver was very much on the darker side of the African-American spectrum, and we don't want to conceal that, but B. We could go a little lighter to deal with issues people were having where the details were disappearing - probably due to poorly-calibrated monitors, but we can't expect every one to be perfect. So, I've upped things slightly, but tried to be sensitive to the issues. (Previous noms: 1 2)
