• After another MissingNo image was recommended for deletion (and subsequently withdrawn), I thought I'd nominate this one. The other [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Missingno-ny.png file] differs only in that it does not display the MNo sprite from Pokémon Yellow, which this file does. By far the least notable of any of the MNo sprites, neither the MissingNo. or Pokémon (video game series) article refers to it. As such, we have a duplicate image, except as this one has five images under copyright rather than four, it is a larger violation, especially since we're not using the fifth. ~ Amory (user • talk • contribs) 07:14, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
• Delete per nom. The image is orphaned and fails WP:NFCC#7 (I'm not sure, but I think you could have just put Template:Di-orphaned fair use on the file page instead of nominating it for deletion). • Delete Right now it's used, unnecessarily and with an invalid NFUR, in Pokémon (video game series)#Codes and glitches. • Non-free book cover used in Mal Meninga. This book is only very briefly mentioned in the article ("In 1995 Meninga's book Mal Meninga: My Life in Football was published"). The cover of the book does not add anything to readers' understanding of Mr. Meninga, and its removal would not be detrimental to that understanding, so this image fails WP:NFCC#8. —Bkell (talk) 12:53, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

• This image has now been added to Football (word), apparently to illustrate that in Australia the word "football" often refers to rugby league. This usage violates WP:NFCC#1, WP:NFCC#8, and possibly WP:NFCC#3. —Bkell (talk) 13:20, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
