• Image is unused and uploader is no longer active at Wikipedia. We have only his word for it that the person in the image agreed for the photo to be used at Wikipedia, and only his word for it that the photographer released the image to the public domain. The uploader did not include any information about the source of the photograph, for privacy reasons, but this also means the assertion that the image is PD and not a violation of the subject's personality rights is unverifiable. +Angr 18:45, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

• Comment and Question It's clearly an image of flooding someplace in South Central Asia. A poster in the background contains what appears to be arabic writing and some provincial flag. Does anybody recognize the flag? ----DanTD (talk) 02:31, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
• No, but from the Arabic script I'd say it's most likely to be somewhere in Pakistan. Still, delete if it can't be identified precisely (not just where, but also when and under what circumstances). +Angr 05:46, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
• Pakistan sounds right, although I thought it could be from anywhere between there and Bangladesh. I'm not so sure how far east the use of Arabic script is used, though. I may have to contact the [http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/ Flags of the World] website about this one. • UPDATE I just checked the editor's history. This person has contributed to a lot of articles related to India. Despite the arabic text, I think this is where it takes place. More research to come. ----DanTD (talk) 13:58, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
