• Previous discussion yielded "no consensus" but I don't really understand why. This is clearly a copyrighted image of an individual, of whom we have many free images to choose from, which doesn't add anything to our discussion of that individual. Wikipedia is not a repository of all cultural information, we are an encyclopedia. To that end we do not need official government portraits if the rights to such portraits are not compatible with our mission. (ESkog)^(Talk) 23:52, 18 July 2010 (UTC)
• Perhaps dreading DrV ? An understandable sentiment. Delete as failing NFCC#1/8. While it is a nice portrait, is well known and is often associated with the former President, it's use appears largely decorative.
