:: As the image is on public domain and clearly proves the use on wikipedia, it is neutral. Being the uploader and true editor the watch of my contributions are taken care by an administrator who takes all actions on a personal issues and not letting an constructive edit. This is very bad in wiki. I want a neutral administartor to investigate. I am afraid what all my actions are - that administrator SpacemanSpiff is disregarding no matter what I do. This sort of personnal dealings and use of power as admin is really a blackmark for wiki. Citing mistakes done before and since he wont let anything is an act of extreme aragant and rudeness shown here. Want justice here. This user is taking a personal fight against me for one mistake I did before. I want others to support here as I do all in occordance to rule. He is not letting me to do anything and treating me like a thief. Want justice badly and help from him.

• This is indeed getting very troublesome, as you can see from all such similar claims in past PUFs and FdDs where the victim card is played in addition to claiming false statuses. The Picassa image itself has a copyright/all rights reserved tag on it prohibiting reuse. Also this clearly fails WP:NFCI if the fair use tag is to be followed instead of the PD tag. The user has been counseled and warned by many editors and admins here and on Commons but continues to play the victim card asking us to trust him. Some general discussions include: Wikipedia:Possibly_unfree_files/2010_September_24#File:Vijay_Amritraj_1.jpg where he decides to get frank after the metatags are exposed (see another five discussions around the same image with very similar excuses), then [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_of_User:Keyan20 this one] on Commons where he claims movie stills as his copyrights; This conversation from his talk page is one of many that he's had. :: Sodabottle see that I am not lying anything here. First see the suituation and analyze it. Blindly you take my previous works and start raising questions here. You make it like "Whatever I do - I am a thief". This is really bad. See the discussion on what it deals and what it says before bringing my earlier works. I do not know how many mistakes you made in wikipedia. So can I say what all you do now, is fraud and lying???. It hurts you right. The same feeling I am getting here. See the present and try to work on that. This image is in public domain and so it is free use here. I am not lying anything. Sodabottle deal things more sensibly instead of other intentions.

::::Comment Ungal Vettu Pillai should have been very well aware when he made this comment that this image is not public domain, as it had been explicitly explained to him [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AKeyan20&action=historysubmit&diff=396912366&oldid=396887949 at 14:21, 15 November 2010] that it is not (the image is plainly marked "All rights reserved"). Either he is completely confused about what constitutes public domain or demonstrating a bad case of "I didn't hear that". :: This image clearly not violated anything and followed all rationale use, as it illustrates the para- sentences in Impact and music style on article Ilaiyaraaja. SpacemanSpiff is taking actions based on his personal issues keeping behind main functioning. When all satisfied in its inclusion as it clearly proves the need to be added, he alone comes because of his personal dis-interest/dis-liking on this article and against its uploader (myself). He is using admin powers and mis-using it wrong ways. Want justice here. Plz neutral adminstrator investigate it and help me from power driven rude people who hate this article and me. Plz help it from the wrong hands.

• Delete Does not meet fair use criteria for usage. And about the uploader's rant about the nominator, [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_of_User:Keyan20 he] is a serial copyright violator who has changed his story multiple times when he gets caught. :: common sodabottle. This image is in use with free use quoting to the statements on the article Ilaiyaraaja para. How can this be compared to others and copyright problems. The image page purpose of use - clearly states the use of this image. Even you also blindly following others without the issue in discussion and its importance.

• Unused image of a brain CT scan.
