• To be honest I think this is a WP:POINTy and forum-shopping nomination. The image was originally uploaded as free because copyright had expired in Australia. The nom has listed it at WP:PUF (along with a lot of other files) and in response the uploader added an FUR to it because of the nom's claim.[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=File%3ACharlie_Sutton_Coaching.jpg&action=historysubmit&diff=506915316&oldid=506881703] The fact is, the image is {{tl|PD-Australia}} so it doesn't require an FUR, because it's free. --AussieLegend (talk) 18:41, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

• My FUR gave the reasons why it is a useful photo that adds to the understanding of the person involved. A better quality version photo may be able to be found. • The other one is only tagged as "possibly unfree". Anyway, it says that he was active from 1942 to 1956. Wouldn't there be some published photos of him which were taken before 1946?
