The result was to delete the image.

After much trawling of the net, there appears to be no other images of Anna Friel available with declared 'copyright free' or 'public domain' status. This image and a few others like it, are labelled as Goal! Promotional shots on annafriel.org, an independent site which works closely with Anna Friel and her official website.
