It's fair use but an unnecessary one. There are several unfree images Happy Birthday, Mr. President and they are not adding enough values to justify fair use :)Ladsgroup^overleg 13:18, 8 April 2016 (UTC)

• Weak keep This image adds the most value of all the images in that article. Shows how scandalous she looked, which is much of the point of the article. I'd delete the other two and keep this one. Calliopejen1 (talk) 19:32, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
