No indication of permission from the photographer, Susan Anderson, nor of how copyright was transferred to {{u|Hugomandolin}} (who anyway shouldn't be claiming it as "own work"). The image is clearly marked "(c)2016 Susan Anderson Photo ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" in the EXIF data. • Keep Uncopyrightable in the United States at least, per {{u|Nyttend}}'s reasoning. Possibly copyrighted in other countries. As an example, [https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichJuriJudi.do?oldAction=rechJuriJudi&idTexte=JURITEXT000026027686&fastReqId=566790412&fastPos=1 here] is a French supreme court ruling where photos of chairs were ruled to violate the copyright of the chairs. Rolex seems to be a Swiss company and I don't know what Swiss law says about utilitarian objects, but the file can at least be kept locally on Wikipedia. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:08, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
