Should be deleted. Although a Fair Use claim has been made, this magazine cover of a living celebrity does not appear to meet NFCC. The stated purpose for Fair Use ("The article as a whole is dedicated specifically to a discussion of this work") is not met as there's no discussion or critical commentary about the magazine cover itself in the article Michael Acton Smith.  JGHowes  ^talk 23:04, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
