Retag current version as {{tl|PD-logo}} and move to Commons. The older version of the logo with the gradient may also not meet the threshold of originality for copyright. RJaguar3 | u | t 01:29, 18 July 2018 (UTC)

I don't understand what the issue is. I own this logo and give permission for it to be used on the Wikipedia article for NAQT (but not necessarily in any other place, to the extent applicable laws permit me to restrict it thus). :{{Ping|Jonahgreenthal}} The file is currently tagged as non-free, which means that it can only be used on Wikipedia under limited circumstances. I believe that the logo is too simple to be eligible for copyright (since it consists of the legal name and abbreviation of the subject, with simple shapes and color variations), and that the image can therefore be transferred to Wikimedia Commons, a library that contains exclusively freely licensed images (including images that have no copyright).
