I have doubts about the freedom of this file. Although the uploader claims to be the copyright holder, the low resolution and the source of "I screenshotted it" (not to mention an average Wikipedian wouldn't likely own an Earth-imaging satellite) suggest this is not their own work. Claimed as a work of the US federal government, but [https://profiles.nlm.nih.gov/ps/retrieve/ResourceMetadata/BXBBKK source website] states the photo is reproduced there by permission of SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
