I'm new to FfD, but I believe this fails WP:NFCC#8. The portrait of this living person would not significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would not be detrimental to that understanding. Also, the uploader used the wrong license. This is not a drawing, painting, print, or other two-dimensional work of art and it is not being used for critical commentary. - Delete - The subject is a living person. As stated in Wikipedia:Non-free content, "Non-free content should not be used when a freely licensed file that serves the same purpose can reasonably be expected to be uploaded, as is the case for almost all portraits of living people. " This fails WP:NFCC#1 unless there is a good reason provided why a free image could not be created. -- Whpq (talk) 03:20, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
