I don't believe this image qualifies for fair use. From what I could tell, the complex background is specific to a VHS cover. [https://imdb.com/title/tt0112225/mediaviewer/rm3551110145] The actual logo is a simple wordmark that could be separated from the copyrighted elements or recreated by a skilled graphic designer.
