Time for Kids has a new logo that's definitely below the threshold of originality. [https://timeforkids.com] It could be argued that even the current logo on this article is also below the ToO, although the 3D effects might be an issue. Ixfd64 (talk) 05:16, 24 April 2023 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was: Convert to {{Tlx|PD-ineligible-USonly}}. There appears to be agreement that this is PD in the US, however Commons has no information on what falls below TOO in Malta, so defaulting to the 2nd most conservative option. Anyone is free to move the image to Commons if they find new evidence proving this logo to be PD in Malta. -FASTILY 05:48, 2 May 2023 (UTC)

Not the subject of the article in question. Looks like it could be listed as {{tl|PD-textlogo}}, in which case it should be transferred to Commons. If not, then it should be deleted as failing WP:NFCC#8. Joseph2302 (talk) 09:43, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

This looks like a copyright violation. The source is a dead link to an Iranian news site, the uploader claims self-authorship, and the license claims this is a work of the Smithsonian Institution (??), none of which matches up. If the image was taken from the news site, which seems like the most likely scenario, it's most likely copyrighted by them and unsuitable for Wikipedia.
