This GA since November 2007 needs substantial additional work to remain at modern standards. Several sections are ten years or more out of date; a handful have uncited sentences; and there are bare URLs and "Archived copy"s all over the place. This page can be rescued, but I can't do this alone. Even though I have the ability to add newspaper references, that is not all that is needed to rescue this page from removal.
