Wikipedia – 5 minute register for Wikipedia account
Wikipedia – 15 minute overview: 5 pillars, Conflict of Interest policies, self guided introduction, Intro with videos etc. (examples: COI #1, COI #2)
Wikipedia – 40 minute make one edit: add infobox, citation, etc.
Wikipedia – 2-3 hours: Write a page in your sandbox and get it proofed before publishing.
