• 2pm: Arrive, chat quietly, experienced editors start editing
• 2-2:30: Introductions to one another, and brief presentation of some background materials to use (and, keep editing as you like)
• 2:30-3ish: Intro to editing, for anyone new to it -- brief presentation, then one-on-one
• 3-4:45: Editing, reading, chatting. Brief talks?
• 5 must depart

In the event, extreme weather made the library officials shut down the whole place around 3:45 and we went across the street to the National Portrait Gallery which turned out to be entirely fine and fun and we continued past 5:30.
