• ::::The café is on the ground floor. The ramp the website describes to avoid the steps is in the outside seating area, if I recall correctly. You can avoid the steep bit leading up to the steps by ignoring google maps and going via the library. The Exeter Phoenix is a multi-use arts venue in Exeter.

The Exeter Phoenix venue is very close to the city centre. It is within walking distance of both Exeter Central railway station (200m) and the principal Exeter St Davids railway station (1.1km).

It is also very close to two bus stops (Central Station and Queen Street) for Exeter residents.
