Background

Since July 2013, Unforgetting LA is a series of Wikipedia edit-a-thons to build a better online history of art in Southern California. We meet throughout the year at local galleries, museums, and nonprofit art spaces. Previous hosts include the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles and the MAK Center for Art and Architecture. Unforgetting L.A. is organized by [http://www.eastofborneo.org/ East of Borneo], an online magazine of contemporary art and its history as considered from Los Angeles.
