• Keep, seems to be a user's draft or personal copy of comments he made which can now be found at Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)/Archive L#Ampersands in wikilinks, but note that that archive was retroactively created in [//en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)/Archive_L&action=history August 2011] and much of the old text of the village pump wasn't searchable in those days, so it would have been entirely reasonable to create a personal copy of the text. Similar text can also be found at Wikipedia talk:Stable versions/Archive 2#Permanent link. I found this all out by checking what links to the title "Common Unix Printing System&oldid=32844867".
