• Tentative delete. Normally I'd try to assume good faith, but we need to take into account that this guy has attempted to create this article on the mainspace and it was deleted because it lacked reliable sources. If you look at some of the guy's other edits, you'll see that his main contributions to Wikipedia have been to add his name and webcomic to Wikipedia. [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lares%2C_Puerto_Rico&diff=86890615&oldid=86827029] I've looked and there are no reliable sources to show that this newly launched webcomic has any notability and like TPH said, it appears that these additions are primarily for promotional purposes. That the webcomic artist commented on his fb page about the entry on the same day it was created says a lot as well.
