• Pointing out that the person watermarked as copyright holder of the images, George Bekris, is offering them for sale at http://www.clustershot.com/Mstrsail under the account name "Mstrsail", which is also the uploader's account name. Thus I'd say there's a high change that the uploader's claim "I created this and release it CC-by-SA" is quite possibly valid, and we shouldn't rush to delete them. I've contacted him, let's hold back here for a bit. Amalthea 16:43, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
• I have received confirmation that the owner of the clustershot account is the same person as the uploader (and presumably also the holder of the Flickr account of the same name). I have no reason to assume that he doesn't own copyright, so he certainly can release the uploaded versions under CC-by-SA. Amalthea 20:43, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was: wrong venue. If it's official then it's certainly unfree and used properly under a claim of fair use. If it isn't, we can't use it anywhere per WP:V and will eventually delete it. Was removed from the article anyways due to doubts about its legitimacy (discussion about that should probably happen at the song article's talk page), so it's currently orphaned and unfree, and marked as such. • Delete Copyrighted and appears to be recent work (not something in the 70s or earlier), so it is likely still under copyright. Given that the uploader claims it is indeed copyrighted and there is no article using it (fails WP:NFCC), it needs to go. — BQZip01 — ^talk 04:39, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
