Actually the original file is from another website which was really bad quality image. So I actually retouched the whole file, so it can't be included in one of copyrighted files --Vishalissac (talk) 19:49, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

• Hi-I am new here. I just gave more information about my screenshot. I was not sure what tag and liscense to use when I uploaded it- I used http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload. I thought is was non-free because it's a screenshot from a movie, that I got off of Youtube. I indicated what Youtube video I got it from on the image page- I drew a circle on it with MS Paint and Photoshop- I didn't try to edit the picture. When you click on the pic you can clearly see the image better: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cropped_roger_rabbit_elmer_fudd_screen_shot_highlighted.jpg

:The tags you placed on the image are appropriate, as far as they go. But I don't think the image should be here at all, because it seems to violate Wikipedia policy. :@^ have you seen the actual Image from the source site that I have given. If just look into the file details of the original file(I mean the source file) you will be able see the resolution and the quality of the file is really less. I have done lot noise reduction and a mild color correction in the above image. Mr. Karakatsanis (the manufacturer himself, who had taken the photo) has provided the image to me and Mr. Arvanitopoulos (as we both published books on the subject), thus there are no problems allowing its reproduction (actually on the contrary, the manufacturer wanted his work to be known). The result of the discussion was: delete. While the freeness of this image is legitimately in question, converting it to non-free is not a viable solution in this case. Considering that :File:720 Ste Rafka real pic.jpg exists, which is a free image of the same person, we have the case where the image is absolutely replaceable, and thus can't use a non-free image. • User:Elie plus uploaded this file to theworkofogdschildren.org, and then said that it was free to use because it was from theworkofgodschildren.org . Although theworkofgodschildren.org is a public domain website, this picture was originally from somewhere else. I saw it was used on the official St. Rafqa website. • The file is unfree, found on facebook, the rationale that it is promotional release is also dubious, there is no possible fair use rational for this pics use on wikpedia, I removed it from the infobox but the uploader replaced it saying it would be deleted if orphaned. imo that is what it needs , deleting. Subject is a footballer, a picture with a commons license is clearly possible.
