• Keep. After watching the video, it appears that it might come from 3:45. But regardless, if this is a promotional shot, it's highly representative of the choreography featured in the video. • The resolution is very low and there is no EXIF, so it raises a doubt that the uploader is really the creator of this image. To be on the safe side, maybe the uploader can provide the full image or source. Muhandes (talk) 09:48, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

• We've been through this already. The above photograph of a German national (and a convicted war criminal) was taken years after the World War ended. Schaper looks visibly older in it. The EU licence did not expire yet. Most importantly, the website from which this photograph was taken claims the copyright, without listing the name of its author nor the date when the photograph was taken. Meanwhile, our Wikipedia bio of Hermann Schaper is already illustrated with another image. A. Kupicki (talk) 14:00, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

: PD-RU-exempt does not apply here. Also the newly added licenses do not work.
