• Image uploaded on flickr has the logo of the Chinese webportal Sina in lower left corner. I believe this is originally a copyrighted image. Neuyyar (talk) 00:20, 13 February 2012 (UTC)

• Based on the file name, this is a PNG version of an SVG file, but the SVG file isn't sourced, so I suppose that this means that the PNG file is improperly sourced. If the source SVG file is located, the PNG file should be deleted as redundant, since these kinds of images are supposed to be stored as SVG. Stefan2 (talk) 16:02, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
• Comment - I looked threw the "Sources" uploadeds (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?limit=500&user=Crico&title=Special%3AListFiles File list]]: User:Crico). The image dose not appear anywhere, so Stefan2 is correct. However, I am not very familiar with the threshold where {{tl|PD-shape}} comes into play. If this image qualifies, it wouldn't matter who created it, since no matter what it would be Public Domain, so the source could be changed to "Unknown". However, again, I'm not very familiar with the threshold, so I will leave it to others to decided if it should be kept.--ARTEST4ECHO (^talk/_contribs) 13:41, 15 February 2012 (UTC)

• I find it highly improbable that the uploader owns copyright of this image as it appears to be a professional photo, image has no meta data, and uploader has only uploaded this image (suspect single purpose account).
