:*Thanks for that - didn't spot that. I have changed the rationale to cover this. The image was made available by the family, who own the original and who sent a copy of it to me in an email giving permission for its use. I can confirm all this. Jack1956 (talk) 15:16, 6 December 2015 (UTC)

::*I see you've put a fair use rationale on it, but there are two public domain images of her so this would fail WP:NFCC#1. I think the only way this could be kept is with WP:OTRS confirmation that the artist's heirs have given permission for it to be released under a free licence.
