• I took that Nibbles picture and uploaded it. I never transferred the copyright to anyone else, so I assume that makes me the holder. I don't need the copyright for anything, but I couldn't find a way to make it more free after the initial upload (I didn't quite know what I was clicking at the time). • Thanks for clarifying the authorship of the photo - the other issue is that the Big Blue Bug is likely copyrighted and this file should probably be tagged with {{tl|non-free 3D art}} and a fair use rationale added. Kelly ^hi! 08:40, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

• I'm not seeing why this is exempt, from :c:Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory#The_Philippines, is this exempt as the logo of a state agency? Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:08, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
• There is {{tlxc|PD-PhilippinesGov}}, but Wikipedia disagrees with Commons and calls the corresponding template {{tlx|Non-free Philippines government}}. That said, I have no idea if this was created by the government or not. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:16, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

It was archived a long time ago by the website, so I had to find an archive version of the article. But now everything is fixed.
