Though this redirect has a bit of an WP:XY issue with "history" and "features" being mentioned in the redirect, the target does have a "History" section, but defining "features" in the target article is a bit vague since there seems to be no clear place to target any mention of "features". If "history" and "features" were part of two separate redirects, I could see them both being plausible even with the aforementioned issues, but since they are together in one redirect, I don't see it helpful or plausible. • Delete Apparently it could either be an alternative spelling of the Bhutanese name Yeshey or the Hebrew name Yishai. (Jesse aka Yishai was the father of the biblical king David, and the base title David got hijacked for a name article at one point, which is probably how this ended up pointing to David (name).) I don't think the Bhutanese and Hebrew names are related, we do not have articles about either name (Jesse (given name) doesn't really cover the name Yishai), and as far as I can see from Google Books Jesse father of David is only very infrequently spelled this way, so I think search results are better than retargeting to Jesse.
