When did the border between Turkey and Armenia close?
Armenia–Turkey border says 1993 but:
- On which day precisely did the land border close? when was it voted/announced?
- What about direct flights?

:::::Also, Armenia–Turkey relations gives a different version as resolution 822 was adopted on 30 April 1993: "Turkey cosponsored UN Security Council Resolution 822 affirming Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and demanding that Armenian forces withdraw from Kelbajar.
