New entries entering the raw list should have some reason to be there to prevent vetters from wasting their time.

• Blocks: As this is the easiest check to make, the user should first be vetted for blocks. Blocks within the past three years may be enough to end the vetting of a particular user. Any block for sockpuppetry likewise. Accidental or quickly reverted blocks can probably be ignored.
• AfD: Look for good participation and a high percentage of green.

Use of {{tlx|harvnb}} and {{tlx|sfn}} can be a very good indication.
