This IP address claims to be a new user, but has also made some edits that are unquestionably -Ril-'s (participating in his arbcom case, making a comment and then logging in to sign it). If this is -Ril-, he has broken his ArbCom injunction against mistagging articles for speedy deletion. - SimonP 16:21, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
