• I have a very long history of getting stalked by a rather long list of users. I can provide this list privately (per WP:DENY)

• I suspect this is a public IP, probably a public computer or wireless hub.

:On the base of things, it probably is fishing, however, White Cat does have a serious concern here, and I've seen a number of instances where IP's have popped up the minute he makes an edit.
