- Supporting evidence: Following up from Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#Crown_SEO.2C_advertising_that_they_spam_Wikipedia. Crown SEO have openly admitted to intentionally spamming wikipedia or editing articles with a WP:COI. http://network-tools.com/ reveals the above addresses are used exclusivly by Crown SEO. Do any accounts use those IP's? User:Promethean (talk) 02:57, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
:No obvious evidence of abuse, given the IPs you've mentioned here. I suppose it's possible they might be using proxies or other addresses, but that's beyond the scope I'm currently looking at. For the time being, I'd say this is {{completed}} and would strongly recommend against any rangeblocking at this time. – Luna Santin (talk) 09:18, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
