Supporting evidence: {{user|DHawker}} is an agenda editor with a history of edit-warring on {{la|colloidal silver}}. Today, he's at it again, racking up 3 reverts and then logging out for a 4th. Diffs:

He's well aware of WP:3RR, having been [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:DHawker&oldid=242862702 warned in the past]. In this case, he racked up 3 reverts and received another 3RR warning ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ADHawker&diff=253798868&oldid=243433541 15:17, 24 November 2008]). Coincidentally, after that warning the IP appeared to continue pushing his agenda.

I think this is open-and-shut, but I don't know that an uninvolved admin will be willing to block without technical confirmation. Thanks. MastCell Talk 23:50, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
