They both voted keep on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Soviet occupation denialism.

Recently Digwuren editwarred with another editor on Jüri Uluots until both editors were blocked [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=block&page=User:Digwuren]. Then while Digwuren was blocked, DLX [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=J%C3%BCri_Uluots&diff=prev&oldid=132849831 changed the article] back thereby violating both 3RR and block evasion if the two are related.

Digurwen was [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=newusers&user=&page=User%3ADigwuren created] shortly after DLX was [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=block&page=User:DLX blocked] on April 30.
