:151.51.49.254 appears to be the original translator of the text and the first editor to insert it on enwiki. Lennybrown and Francis89 were both created today, and their first edits were to autism. Lennybrown's very first edit was the revert listed above; the account was created minutes after Francis89 hit the three-revert hard cap.
