• Supporting evidence: User has previously abused multiple accounts (see Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/GENIUS(4th power)), and this new incarnation is quite obviously him, see [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Hersfold&diff=222205611&oldid=222044731 this diff]. As GENIUS, this user had a particular obsession with his signature, which I and a number of other admins very nearly banned him from working on further just prior to his indefinite block. Would some kind CU mind knocking out his IP and any sleepers he may have? While not seriously troublesome, the user can be incredibly annoying (take a look at my talk page history if you like).
