Clearly somebody's sockpuppet as demonstrated by his familiar with Wikipedia, but few "contributions". I believe it is {{userblock|Bomac}}, as he reverts in edit wars in which Bomac has participated, e.g. Template:EU countries and candidates ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:EU_countries_and_candidates&action=history history]). He also adds interwiki links on articles which Bomac (he is know as Boyan on the mk Wikipedia - check the e-mail addresses on both User:Bomac and :mk:User:Boyan) has done the same over at mk, for example, here is Bomac/Boyan adding interwiki links at an article over at mk [http://mk.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%9C%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BA%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B3&diff=37138&oldid=14127] and then High Elf appears and adds the interwikis over here [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Marketing&diff=prev&oldid=46586823] using the same edit summary as Bomac is known to use, eg [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Antipater&diff=prev&oldid=46583463], [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ancient_Macedonian_military&diff=prev&oldid=46583320] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Companion_cavalry&diff=prev&oldid=46583230].
