Miyokan is community banned: this is likely a reincarnation. Same articles, same POV, same behaviour, same hostile interaction with Biophys. Miyokan can be tricky to CU so please cross-ref with all available past IPs. AFAICR he's Australia-based? Thanks. Moreschi (talk) 20:52, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
{{Unlikely}} Geographic and technical disparity. -- Avi (talk) 21:20, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

- On 6th May I blocked Miyokan for 10 days. On 10th May this account, Berkunt, was created, and began editing on the 15th, displaying exactly the same Russian-nationalist POV as Miyokan ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Indian_MRCA_Competition&diff=151789383&oldid=150097935] [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Indian_MRCA_Competition&diff=215473216&oldid=211870270]). To me, this seems unethical. One should not be allowed to walk away from a previous block-filled history simply by getting a new account and not telling anyone about it. If I'm right, this isn't the first time Miyokan has done this, as he used to be {{checkuser|Ilya1166}}, and then abandoned that account when that block log got too big. Moreschi (talk) (debate) 12:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
:{{declined}} - too fishingy, Moreschi, sorry - Alison ❤ 18:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
::Please reconsider. If I'm right there is both block evasion and evasion of [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Archive144#Community-imposed_revert_limitation.3F considerable scrutiny]. The two diffs, virtually identical, are surely good evidence of a connection. Moreschi (talk) (debate) 20:36, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
::: {{unlikely}} - as they're geographically disparate - Alison ❤ 20:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
:::: Thanks anyway :) Moreschi (talk) (debate) 22:02, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
