The editor also edits anonymously from 216.194 prefixed IPs as can be seen by this previous ANI report. User:Inthegloaming recently made his first contribution since mid-February when he appeared to vote on multiple Irish republican related AfDs, [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hayley_Westenra&diff=119515416&oldid=119514521 editing] the Hayley Westenra article. Shortly before that the article was [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hayley_Westenra&diff=119511759&oldid=118959875 edited] [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hayley_Westenra&diff=119514521&oldid=119511759 twice] by a 216.194 prefixed IP, the first of which introduced the unusual link formatting near the bottom of the 'International success' section.

I believe this editor is using a series of accounts and IPs to avoid scrutiny from other editors, forbidden under WP:SOCK. Both User:Jill Teed and User:O'Donoghue have edited the Daniel O'Connell article to include the phrase "majoritarianist and intimidatory " - diffs [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Daniel_O%27Connell&diff=119346045&oldid=118931056] [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Daniel_O%27Connell&diff=115182457&oldid=114883256]. User:O'Donoghue's last contribution was at 00:43, 23 March 2007, then User:Jill Teed returned to contributing at 11:39, 23 March 2007 having not made a contribution since 18:31, 9 February 2007.

Both accounts (and the IPs) use an usual format for links and references, often removing footnotes and changing the format to look like this - ([http://www.google.com]).
