Within that time frame, Onethirtyeightdot was created and posted the same accusations as the IP. Also note the cleverness of "Onethirtyeightdot" being 138., the opening numbers of the IP address of the blocked user. :Let's treat this checkuser case as if it appeared at WP:SSP. My conclusions:

:* User:138.251.242.2 is blocked for 55 hours on the morning of 7 September 2008.

:* A few hours later User:Onethirtyeightdot appears, creates a user page, and violating all known laws of probability, their first real action is to start commenting on the ANI thread regarding 138.251.242.2.[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents&diff=prev&oldid=236886755] Quack! Quack! Quack!

:* Onethirtyeightdot then picks up where 138.251.242.2 left off and continues to harass User:Buspar.
