Came around september 6. his second edit was sept 12th, his third was on the 13th it basically seems as if his whole existance was to sign this RFC. I believe him to be a sockpuppet (refer to contribs).

Robotam has made it a pesonal mission to destroy pages created by ninjanubian as can be documented by his actions at Talk:Sigma Pi Phi and Talk:Alpha Kappa Nu.
He opens up dispute pages for the sake of wasting everyone time.
He is also reverting pages twice in the past 90 minutes [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alpha_Phi_Alpha&action=history] [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/NinjaNubian]
