I would have classed this case as obvious sock, but some admins apparently disagree (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#Spuh.2C_72.218.42.26.2C_and_StreaksOnTheChina ANI report], making a checkuser necessary.

{{IPVandal|72.218.42.26}} started out August 5th by insulting Raven-Symoné‎'s weight ... the edits would have been borderline, but the misleading edit summaries put them clearly into vandalism camp. {{Vandal|Spuh}} then takes up the charge, with edits that get him warnings from both Bongwarrior and myself. Unfortunately for him, he [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Spuh&diff=prev&oldid=230067504 forgets to log in while editing Spuh's talk page], revealing our IP vandal and Spuh to be one and the same, which he later [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Spuh&diff=230081623&oldid=230074245 admits]. No sooner than that admission is over, when a shiny new account, {{Vandal|StreaksOnTheChina}} launches into a personal attack on [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Spuh&diff=230088319&oldid=230081623 me] for having warned Spuh against vandalism, and also takes onto the talk page responding to year old comments about her weight. I think that it is obvious that Spuh and StreaksOnTheChina are one and the same. I believe SOTC's username to be a reference to fecal matter on a toilet bowl, a warning sign of vandalistic intent. I believe the sudden creation of the account is an effort to play good-hand/bad-hand.
