F: Block Evasion

Supporting evidence: Similar behavior indicates User:Wallamoose is operating a sockpuppet named User:JoeTimko. The account for User:JoeTimko was [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&user=JoeTimko created] one day after Wallamoose's [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=User:Wallamoose indef block]. If this is a sockpuppet of Wallamoose, he or she sure seems to have tried to avoid looking like a sockpuppet, as the first contributions of the account did not seem to have anything to do with the suspected sockmaster, however, it is still unclear how the user found Wallamoose's talk page, since the user was blocked before this account was even active.

Currently, the user claims to have been linked to the page through Gwen Gale's talk page, but one has to wonder how he found that particular link, [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Gwen_Gale&direction=next&oldid=246555682 considering there was nothing about Wallamoose] on Gwen's page at the time of the creation of the account. Did Joe go searching through the archives? If so, why? Why this particular admin.
