:I think you perhaps need to add an infobox, but be careful with the tone and Point Of View in the article; it's easy to make articles about organisations sound like advertisements. These types of articles are not suitable for Wikipedia. Chevymontecarlo 07:39, 15 December 2010 (UTC)

:I am not commenting on the content or notability of the subject of your article; but you need some help with citations and references. Look carefully at the examples in the section titled "A Quick How-To" in the article Wikipedia:Citing sources. You should make sure not to capitalize the "ref" in the "ref tags"; additionally the second (or "closing") tag must have a slash. Thus: "<ref>some citation</ref>". You will notice that at the moment most of the article you drafted does not appear, and that the software gave you a warning in big red letters that there is a problem with the way you formatted the ref tags -- that's why.

please note that there is another article on the diplomat "Mario Costa" (another person of course), and I don't know how to change this latter title from "Mario Costa" to "Mario Costa (diplomat)".....

I hope somebody can help me.

I would like to request a feedback on this article as well as comments for modification before publishing.

There are referencing articles on other cartilage repair techniques available but do not cover this advanced marrow stimulation technique which is widely used in Europe.

The technique is based on the microfracturing and offers a one step surgical technique for the treatment of cartilage defects.

I greatly appreciate your input for improving this article.

I am unfamiliar with markup at all and I am having trouble citing the listed sources within the article. It would be great to have some feedback/approval of what is written, and some help formatting the citation.

:I am only replying to your question about markup of citations/references. What you should do is cite a source directly after the statement in your article that it supports (an "inline" citation). This is done by enclosing the reference in "ref" tags. Thus you would have <ref>your cite</ref>. The [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citing_sources Citing Sources] Wikipedia article (see "A Quick How-to" near the top of the article) shows you how to do it. I wrote this for the Gutenberg authors project (which tries to provide a WP article for all the authors on Project Gutenberg). As is often the case with 19th Century authors on PG with only one or two (in this case three) works, there seems to be precious little in the record about the author. Interestingly, this author turned out to have a father with a WP article, and a few places mentioned in his books have WP pages too. Other than that, pickin's are slim. But if anyone has suggestions or comments, I'd appreciate them.

I wrote this contribution about Novicraft HRD serious game. I think that this game is good contribution to serious gaming category because It has slightly different (and scientifically proven) approach than other products on the market. I would appreciate if you move this draft to it's place - I have followed guidelines provided by article wizard and hope that content is appropriate for publishing.

:Part of the problem seems to be that you doubled-up on your referencing. Just put the link data between tags within the body of the article and put nothing under {{Reflist}}. The system will construct a ref list for you and number it appropriately.

:Your first reference is correctly done, except that you need to change "additional text" to something more meaningful.

:Wikipedia doesn't like "ibid." If you want to use the same source in several places, you need to instead use "named references" (see: Wikipedia:Citing Sources and the section titled "Footnotes"). You started to do that with "Author's interview ..." (but the problem there is that you did not give a link to a published source, like a web page, book, journal). As a small aside, since Wikipedia does not accept original research (see: Wikipedia:No original research), use of your interview, unless published somewhere, may be a problem.

:You might want to remove the "example.com" link from external links, or remove that section altogether.
