; Primary issues (added by the filing party)

1. User Yamla keeps reverting the edit to the launch date of Air India Express service to Tehran and brands anyone who attempts to do so as "vandals". The citation provided is the holy grail of route updates and virtually all Aviation articles have citations to this website. The launch of Air India Express to Tehran has been delayed from 1 March 2017 to 26 March 2017 (http://www.routesonline.com/news/38/airlineroute/271136/air-india-express-revises-tehran-launch-to-late-march-2017) and this change needs to be reflected on Tehran IKA's article. Unfortunately Yamla is irrationally blocking attempts by many users to enforce this change. This needs to stop now.

• Blocked editors don't get to edit, period. What User:Theeasytarget needs to do is request unblock from their original account (using WP:UTRS as I revoked their TPA after [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ATheeasytarget&type=revision&diff=761775576&oldid=761755091 this threat]), and not make good on the threat by using a flood of socks. 2. Disagree. The user requesting mediation is the blocked vandal, {{User|Theeasytarget}}. They were blocked by {{User|MilborneOne}} initially, then had talk page access revoked by {{User|Boing! said Zebedee}}. Until that block is lifted, I believe they are not eligible to engage in this action. Indeed, this is an example of their threat to disrupt the encyclopedia. --Yamla (talk) 12:07, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
