{{RFMpointer|What is this dispute about? What sections, sentences, or issues in the article(s) can you not agree on? If you are the editor who opened this request, list these issues to be mediated under "Primary issues". If you did not open this request, you can add additional issues to be mediated under "Additional issues". The issues to be mediated would be properly agreed upon later, if this request for mediation is accepted.}}

Hello. This mediation process is new to me -- I attempted Talk, but that took me to an unrelated reference, from five years ago, on a separate Wikipedia article -- so this appears to be the only way to "mediate" a template message.
It's unclear what the editor is referring to with "This article contains content that is written like an advertisement." The "promotional content" reads very much like that of other countless technology companies' Wikipedia pages. Moreover, points made that reference Virtium's relevant accomplishments/milestons are supported by citations from reputable, neutral, third-party sources. Finally, it's truly perplexing that any of the three external links would be considered "inappropriate" considering they're consistent with what other companies' Wikipedia articles include to support and expand understanding.
I look forward to a solution through this mediation process.

== Parties' agreement to mediation ==
{{RFMpointer|If you are a named party, please sign below and indicate whether you agree or refuse to participate in mediation. Remember that all editors are obliged to resolve disputes about content through discussion, mediation, or other similar means. If you do not wish to participate in mediation, you must arrange another form of dispute resolution. Comments and questions should be made underneath the numbered list below, to avoid confusion.}}
==Decision of the Mediation Committee==
{{RFMpointer|This section should only be edited by a mediator. The Mediation Committee's representative will indicate in due course whether the request is accepted (meaning a mediator will be assigned) or rejected (meaning you will have to try a different type of dispute resolution). If the mediator asks you a question in this section, you may edit here.}}
- Reject. Misfiled case, no other parties listed. Mediation seeks to facilitate discussion between two parties who have come to a standstill in discussion on an article talk page. With no other parties listed, there is nothing to do here. Even if another party had been listed, this case would not meet prerequisite to mediation #4, "The parties must have first engaged in extensive discussion of the matter in dispute at the article talk page." The best place for help with this is at the Wikipedia Teahouse, but from the filing party's editing history, I would strongly suggest that it might be wise if they were to first thoroughly read our conflicts of interest policy.
