Then two days later, a different IP 78.56.121.167 makes [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Poles_in_Lithuania&diff=prev&oldid=1133196432&diffmode=source identical edit] pretending to be a different user by stating {{tq|Changes by User:78.56.247.147 should be welcome}} listing that other IP in edit summary, not theirs.

The edit summary was copy-pasted from [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Poles_in_Lithuania&diff=1132770744&oldid=1132758229&diffmode=source this edit summary].
